Special Events - Erma Krider Golf Outing

Date: Friday, June 24, 2011
Time: 9 a.m.

The eighth annual Erma Krider Memorial Golf Outing will be held on Friday, June 24, at the Hughes Creek Golf Club, 1749 Spring Valley Drive, Elburn, Illinois. Fifty percent of the proceeds from the annual outing will benefit children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities served by Little Friends.

Now in its eighth year, the annual golf outing is held each summer in memory of the late Erma Krider, who passed away in 2001 after battling Lou Gehrig's disease. Organized each summer by Erma's family and friends, the golf outing is held to raise awareness about ALS and autism.

Festivities will begin at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start. Golfers will enjoy 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch or dinner, raffles, awards, hole-in-one prizes and trophies for the winners. Foursomes are available for $400. For more information on sponsorship opportunities or to reserve your foursome for this year's Erma Krider Memorial Golf Outing, please contact Steve Krider at (630) 552-8842.
