Little Friends has broadened our focus to provide comprehensive care by incorporating support for adults living with physical challenges following our recent merger with the Illinois Independent Living Center (IILC).
The Illinois Independent Living Center offers fully accessible and barrier-free residential spaces designed to empower residents in managing their daily lives with greater independence and dignity. This affordable housing community, conveniently located in Naperville, provides residents with convenient access to a variety of amenities, including beautiful parks, diverse shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and other critical services that enhance community engagement.
In addition to housing, we proudly administer the Homemaker Program, which is tailored specifically for clients of the Illinois Department of Human Services – Division of Rehabilitation Services. This program provides essential support to residents, assisting them in carrying out vital daily living activities, from meal preparation to personal grooming, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
