
Little Friends is pleased to welcome Leigh-Anne Kazma to its Board of Directors. A dedicated philanthropist and community leader, Leigh-Anne has served as President and Managing Director of the Kazma Family Foundation since its founding in 1997. In this role, she oversees all foundation operations, including grantmaking programs, scholarship selections, and the development of new initiatives that support charitable causes and strengthen communities.
Leigh-Anne brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience to Little Friends. She currently serves on the executive board of the Big Shoulders Fund and on the boards of the Edwards Foundation and Montini Catholic High School. She is also an Ambassador for American Humane and actively supports numerous community committees and fundraising efforts.
Her previous board service includes leadership roles with Ave Maria University, the Catholic Education Foundation, St.Joan of Arc Church, St. Gregory High School, and St. Pius V School. Through her longstanding commitment to education, philanthropy, and service, Leigh-Anne has made a meaningful impact on organizations dedicated to improving lives and expanding opportunities for others.
A graduate of Bradley University, Leigh-Anne brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and community engagement to the Little Friends Board. We are honored to welcome her and look forward to her contributions in advancing our mission.
