Welcome

Little Friends, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving children and adults with developmental, emotional or behavioral disabilities. Based in Naperville, Illinois, Little Friends operates 14 programs including early intervention, alternative schools, family support, vocational training, and community-based residential services.

Little Friends was founded in 1965 and now serves more than 800 people each year from throughout DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Will and western Cook counties in Illinois.

» Graduation Festivities Scheduled Across the Agency
 

Families and friends are invited to join members of the class of 2008 during graduation ceremonies in June at the agency's three schools. Festivities will be held on June 4 at the Bridge High School and Krejci Academy and on June 5 at the Mansion High School.



» Original Client Artwork Set to Take Center Stage During Gallery Event on May 18
 

Clients from across the agency will showcase their artistic talents during the first annual Expressions of Us: Art & Interpretive Creations exhibition and auction on Sunday, May 18. This exciting gallery event will be held from 2-4 p.m. at the Naperville Art League, 508 N. Center Street. Purchase your tickets online today!



» Erma Krider Memorial Golf Outing
  The seventh annual Erma Krider Memorial Golf Outing will be held on Friday, June 20, at the Hughes Creek Golf Club, 1749 Spring Valley Drive, Elburn, Illinois. Fifty percent of the proceeds from the annual outing will benefit children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism, served by Little Friends, Inc.

» LFCA to Host Two-Day Visual Systems Workshop
  The Little Friends Center for Autism is now accepting reservations for its upcoming The Big Book of Visual Systems Workshop, which will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on May 27 and 30. This two-day workshop for parents and professionals will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of visual systems.


» Little Friends Center for Autism to Host Level 1 Core Summer Training
 

Area parents and professionals will have the opportunity to earn a Level 1 Core Autism Training certificate by participating in a special six-day training program this summer through the Little Friends Center for Autism. Reserve your seat today!

  In honor of its 25th Anniversary, Roseland Draperies & Interiors will be donating a portion of its sales each month to a local charity as it celebrates “Roseland Shares.” Roseland Draperies has selected Little Friends, Inc. as its charity of choice during the month of May. A portion of the downtown Naperville store’s proceeds during May will benefit children and adults served by Little Friends.
